Shipping Policy

This shipping policy outlines the terms for domestic U.S. shipping only, as all sales are limited to addresses within the United States. Orders are processed and shipped exclusively to U.S. continental states, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories where carriers permit delivery. No international shipping is available.

Order Processing Time

Orders received and confirmed before 2:00 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays) are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Processing time begins once payment is confirmed and may extend to 3-5 business days for custom or backordered items. Weekends and holidays do not count toward processing time. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground is available to all U.S. addresses, with delivery in 5-7 business days. Expedited options include 2-5 business days or overnight shipping at additional cost, calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping applies to orders over $85; otherwise, flat rates start at $5.99 for standard.

Shipping Restrictions

No shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders; a physical street address is required for delivery. Hazardous materials, perishables, or restricted items per carrier rules cannot be shipped. All packages are insured up to $100; declare higher value at checkout for additional coverage.

Tracking and Confirmation

A shipping confirmation email with tracking number is sent once the order ships. Customers can track via the provided link or carrier website. Delivery updates are managed by the carrier; Synty Wellness LLC and its subsidiaries (Reset Wellness Center and R12Two) are not responsible for carrier delays.

Lost, Damaged, or Undelivered Packages

Report issues within 7 days of estimated delivery via info@resetwell.org. For lost packages (untracked after 10 days), a refund or replacement issues upon carrier confirmation. Damaged items require photos and unboxing video for claims; carriers handle investigations. Please refer to our return policy for additional information regarding refunds.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at checkout.

Additional Information
