Rates and Insurance

We believe that everyone deserves quality mental health care, and strive to make our services available to as many individuals as possible. Presently, we are a private pay practice. We are also an in-network provider with Carefirst and CIGNA/Evernorth and an out-of-network provider with some insurance. See below for more information and how to check your out-of-network benefits.

Rates

Insurance

We accept Carefirst and CIGNA/Evernorth insurance. We are considered an out-of-network provider with most other insurance. We provide superbill/invoice for those with out-of-network benefits who wish to seek potential partial reimbursement from their insurance company. If you are self-pay, we can provide a receipt/superbill as well. Out-of-network benefits is usually available to those with PPO plans. If you have out-of-network benefits, we recommend that you use the calculator below to estimate your out-of-network cost and potential reimbursement amount. We have also partnered with Mentaya to help you save time and maximize reimbursement. Learn more about how Mentaya can help here. This service is completely optional, and we do not benefit in any way from your participation. We can also assist in verifying coverage prior to your first appointment. Please let us know in our contact form.

  3. Do I have telehealth benefits?

  4. What is the coverage amount for teletherapy CPT code 90791 (intake session), 90837 (individual therapy), or 90847 (couples or family therapy) and 90846 (couples or family therapy with a loved one only) ?

  5. What is my patient's responsibility for each session?

  6. How much can I possibly be reimbursed for and what is the process for reimbursement?

  7. Is there a limit on the number of sessions being reimbursed?

  8. Are there any restrictions regarding the type of therapy or the practitioner’s credentials?
